Royal Mission Complaints Procedure Are you dissatisfied with (part of) one of our courses or training? Let the training coordinator know quickly! Only then can we do something about it. You can contact the members of the relevant Royal Mission (school) team for this. If you have a general complaint, you can contact one of our office managers. In Drachten this is Hilja Verbree, who can be reached via telephone number 0512 84 37 27. In Veenendaal this is Gertine Oldeman, who can be reached via telephone number 085 049 15 35. The office manager will put you in touch with the person who can handle the specific complaint with you. You can also inform us of the complaint by email. You can then email email@example.com . We will respond to your complaint within two weeks. If we need more time, we will let you know. We will treat the complaint confidentially. If you are not satisfied with the handling of the complaint, you can appeal to an external confidential counselor. The assessment and decision of this party is binding on us. If we receive a complaint, we will store it in our registration system for 2 years.
Royal Mission is affiliated with the Evangelical Meldpunt Foundation (SEM). The SEM was created by the Evangelical Alliance and has a dual objective: promoting the reliability of managers and doing justice and providing assistance in cases of abuse of power. This concerns sexual intimidation and sexual abuse, abuse of power and financial abuse. In practice, this means that you can contact the national SEM reporting point with complaints about abuse of power. SEM can be reached on working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm via the number: 085 – 488 14 49.
