I am grateful that Royal Mission School will soon start its seventh (!) school year. We regularly meet students from previous years, each experiencing their adventures with Jesus in their own way. Some have gone back to school, are working in society, have a place in church or have already married again – or a combination of the four. Where they are, they certainly make an impact on the world around them. That is why we do this as Royal Mission: where large events are fantastic, we prefer to invest in a small group that can slowly but surely turn the world upside down. Every year it is wonderful to see how God works in those young people. You give it to everyone! But the part-time school also experienced a special first year. I know a married couple who started taking classes together this year, not just for themselves, but as an investment in each other. And afterwards they were able to report that the investment had paid off well. As a director, I have the privilege of seeing what is happening everywhere from the sidelines. I have personally seen several people blossom this year. That is what happens when someone learns and experiences to apply God’s Word. At Royal Mission School we not only want to study, but also apply. So we have intervision and coaching as part of all education. Otherwise they will remain just words that you keep to yourself. And this is what I want to say: there is still room! Full-time school starts again next Monday (September 1), so if you still want to participate, please contact our office immediately. The part-time schools in Veenendaal and Drachten also start in the first weeks of September and each still has approximately 30 places available. More information:click here . And let’s not forget youth work training, onenew study it starts on September 12 with a number of places still available. Make the youth workers in your church/municipality aware of this unique training and arrange for your church to pay the training costs. Because a church should invest in good youth work!
