At the beginning of March we had our biggest training day since Royal Mission started. Nearly 400 child and youth workers gathered in Groningen to be trained, encouraged and challenged. It was an impressive day and a milestone for our team. Actually, it was two training days that we ran in parallel. The children’s workers worked very specifically on singing, praying, telling stories and keeping order. The teenage and youth workers have started working much more substantively on discipleship, the core of our assignment. And together we thought about a vision for children and young people. A beautiful day! It is nice to see in the response forms that we receive an average of 8.3 for this day. And that all the different parts are mentioned at some point as the best of the day. One is appealed to by vision, another by concrete tips and yet another is taking a new path in youth work. At the same time, we have received a number of great points for improvement, so that we can offer even better training days in the future. Thanks everyone! Next month we will be guests in Leeuwarden with a free training day on healing . Education and workshops during the day, a healing service in the evening for which you do not have to register. Martin Koornstra is currently teaching about healing at the Vrij zijn School and there too it appears that people learn a lot and are changed in their thinking through this education. Sign up, bring friends and expect God’s power! >>You can read more and register here.
