Royal Mission Business Trip

House and wineJan and GeraldIn mid-May we traveled to the south of France with a number of businessmen for a high-quality training at a unique location. On Thursday afternoon we left by plane for Toulouse and then drove to our destination in 2 vans: ‘A beautiful villa in the Dordogne.’ This trip came about because we are regularly asked by business people how they can do something for Royal Mission. Of course, as a ‘ministry that lives on donations’ we need a lot of money, but that is not the first thing we go for. That is why we have come up with a design in which we invest in the relationship and create a win-win for the business people and Royal Mission. ReceptionWe had the special privilege of having Jan van de Linden in our midst as a trainer/coach during this trip, in addition to Martin Koornstra. Jan is a passionate Christian with great compassion for the kingdom of God and in his daily life Senior Partner at www.Krauthammer.com, an internationally renowned company in coaching, consultancy and training. Jan is also active as a board member of the Opwekking foundation. From the start we were impressed by the tranquility and beauty of nature. In that setting it immediately became special and compelling. The introduction round became a conversation of more than 3 hours, in which everyone opened their hearts and made themselves vulnerable. The ideal start for innovation and change. Jan and RuudJan took everyone to the core of their lives in 4 sessions. What is the vision that stands above your life? What do you live for and what is your added value? From which perspective do you make choices? Not just in your business, but in your entire life. This led to intense conversations and we regularly sat in groups of two to continue talking. Martin teaches lesson 2Martin focused mainly on relationships. The influence of your own father, you as a husband and father and the space you make for your relationship with your heavenly Father. Everyone was also very open and important matters were exposed. The developments of Royal Mission were also presented and we received considerable feedback on this. Thanks for that! In addition to all the training, coaching and education, there was also room for fun and relaxation. Walking, barbecuing, sunbathing and especially sports. Tennis and table tennis were favorites! This made it an intensive journey and a wonderful time of relaxation. We flew back on Sunday morning and everyone went home touched and challenged!

In short: A short, intense journey with profound content, passion for God and in a great environment.

At a later stage we want to set up a business group around Royal Mission. People who voluntarily want to contribute to the realization of major plans for the King and want to support them with their knowledge, network and resources.
